Dave was an amazing DJ at our wedding- I would highly recommend him to anyone- He's a DJ up in Killington VT as you might already know at some of the top bars (wobbly, pickle barrel, etc)- he has all of the latest music and all of the wedding traditionals as well. He is a full time DJ and not just a "weekend warrior" as most other DJ's are. He was on-time, played every song that I requested (since i was the bride), and he would also ask me if it was okay to play some of the guest's requests (which was nice since time can fly by). He actually played an extra 30-40 minutes longer b/c the crowd kept asking for "one more song" and it was well after midnight. I would say that our guests had a blast- there were people on the dance floor that I didn't even know could dance. It was a great night- he was very professional. He has his own set of flashy lights that helped jazz up the dance floor too, which is always fun. Dave will provide you a list of songs when your wedding comes closer that are popular at weddings- He will ask you to rate songs on the list with numbers that indicate the following: Don't play, Must Play, etc- also, you can fill in song that you want that are not on the list and he will certainly play them. There were no flaws at our wedding- everything went smoothly and so many people commented on our DJ. He DJ'ed at my best friends wedding- she never heard him before but took my recommendation about his experience and they had a great wedding! Many people commented on his DJ'ing at her event as well. I would always highly recommend DJ Dave for any event, esp a wedding.

I wanted to write to you and thank you for the amazing DJ'ing services that you provided for Jessica and Zach's wedding! A fantastic time was had by all! I received so many compliments on how nice it was to have the music played so appropriately. Seeing both the young and the old having fun and being happy just made for an awesome wedding. It was just terrific. Everything I explained to you and wanted, you executed exactly. Being that this was my first child's wedding, and, living out state, I was very nervous about choosing the right entertainment services . After meeting you in person and speaking to you several times on the phone, it was clear that I had made the right choice. You were a true professional during the entire process. It was such a pleasure to deal with someone as supportive and kind as you. What made everything even nicer, was the way you worked with all the vendors I had hired. Everything went smoothly. We wereso lucky to have you as part of Jessica's special day. I think you made friends for life in Jess and Zach lol! You helped in creating a day for them they will never forget.

DJ Dave was a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend him for all weddings, parties, and events. Dave was able to accommodate all of our wedding ceremony, reception, and after party requests – from hiding the speakers during the ceremony, to ensuring that each of our favorite songs was played (or that each of our least favorite songs did not make the play list), to providing our various announcement needs during our reception. Dave offered his services for four hours during our after party at a local bar – continuing to DJ and keep the party going! He also found us an amazing guitarist (James Joel) to play during our ceremony and cocktail hour, provided all of his own equipment, and was willing to rent us speakers for our welcome party Friday night. Dave made things happen on the day of our wedding and worked hard to provide us, his clients, with affordable quality services, and worked within our set budget. We couldn’t recommend DJ Dave any more highly for your event.

Dave Hoffenberg did an amazing job of coordinating all music for our ceremony. He met with us to understand the style and feel of the music we wanted at our wedding and then made helpful suggestions of who to use for all the wedding events. He recommended Duane Carleton to play at our rehearsal dinner. There is a reason they refer to Duane as the “human Jukebox” he played for hours non-stop and was amazing. He definitely set the tone for the weekend. Dave recommended we use the Mark Harding Trio for the ceremony and reception. They did a fantastic job as well. They were also willing to accompany a cousin of ours who we wanted to sing at the ceremony. One of the other great things about Dave was his ability to find a band for the reception. We contacted Dave with only 3 months left before the wedding and many of the usual wedding bands were booked. He was able to use his music connections to secure Soul Tsunami who traveled from Connecticut to play our wedding. All of our wedding guests raved about the quality of the band – the only complaint was that it was over too soon. Dave DJ’d throughout the reception and not only was he able to keep everything flowing but he also knew just what to play at the right time when the band was taking a break. He also DJ’d at a local tavern for our afterhours party. He has over 20,000 songs and he will send you a list ahead of time to make sure he understands exactly the type of music you want played, and more importantly those songs you don’t want played. Overall I can’t say enough good things about Dave. I would definitely recommend him for your wedding!

I cannot give a more enthusiastic and positive review of Artist Entertainment Agency and Dave Hoffenberg! My wife and I were married in Vermont this past August and found Dave through a local friend in town. From the beginning all the communication with him was very professional and he was always quick to respond. I loved the system he had allowing him to get a sense of the music that we liked, it was easy to quickly rate the songs and feel comfortable that our wedding would have the vibe we were looking for. He was also very accommodating helping to get specific tracks that we wanted, including a lot of latin music that my wife loves and which he was able to find for us. Everything leading up to the big day was great, including leaving us a speaker system for the Friday BBQ and a mic so we could play our own music and do some night before speeches. He showed me exactly how to use the system and even had some suggestions about how to change the speaker position depending on where people were hanging out.

Then on the wedding day itself Dave went above and beyond. Literally 20 minutes before the ceremony we gave him new music, 4 different tracks, for the ceremony and he flawlessly got all the moments right.

His style during the night was perfect, just hands on enough to let people know what was going on, but never overbearing. His music choices, both from what we had given him and his own picks, were right on point from the cocktail hour through the late night dancing. I could tell without a doubt that his number one concern was helping create an amazing night. He was so personable and friendly, even staying a little longer than agreed because the dance floor was still so crowded.

In short, I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience. If you hire Dave you will be in great hands!
